Important disclosure: Rental availability, minimum stay requirements, building rules, rates, and booking approval are subject to change. All stays must comply with applicable City of Los Angeles regulations, building rules, HOA requirements, and property management approval.
Submitting an inquiry form or contacting us is a request for information and availability. It does not create a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only after property management review, approval, and any required rental agreement.
Rates vary based on length of stay, dates, occupancy, and availability. Current pricing is provided in response to an inquiry.
This loft is offered primarily for furnished stays, including monthly and extended stays and corporate housing. Shorter stays are offered only when legally permitted and approved. Minimum-stay requirements depend on current building and city rules. Please contact management for current details.
All stays must comply with applicable City of Los Angeles regulations, building rules, HOA requirements, and property management approval. Guests are expected to follow all building policies during their stay.
Building amenities such as the rooftop pool, fitness center, and security are provided and managed by the building and may change. Access and hours are subject to building rules.
For current details on parking, pets, utilities, guests, deposits, cancellation, screening, and minimum stay, please contact management. We do not publish these terms until they are confirmed for your specific stay and dates.
